Over the past few years, we have been hard at work, utilising our legal and operational training to set new standards for what a healthy scientist-led spinout should look like. We’re proud to say that our efforts have not gone unnoticed.
Visionary TTOs have praised us for building our venture community with an audience-centric mentality, recognizing the value we place on serving the needs of our community.
Unfortunately, not all TTOs share this sentiment. Some are stubborn, refusing to acknowledge that what we’ve agreed upon can serve as a precedent for future agreements. Others are simply greedy, not even aware that we were in the room discussing ways to support scientist founders. We remain as committed as ever to supporting scientist founders in their journey to build successful companies.
At the heart of what we do is serving our scientist founders. We are honored to have their trust and support.
